Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using Intellifi ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.
License to Use
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.
User Conduct
When using Intellifi, you agree not to:
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to reverse engineer or decompile the App
- Distribute, modify, or create derivative works of the App
- Interfere with the App's functionality or security features
In-App Purchases
Intellifi offers optional subscription plans (Intellifi Pro) with the following terms:
- Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
- You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings
- No refunds will be provided for partial subscription periods
Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of the App, including but not limited to games, graphics, logos, and text, are owned by Intellifi and are protected by intellectual property laws.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted.
Brain training games are designed for entertainment and cognitive exercise. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Intellifi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the App.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
